Warranty:
We guarantee that our envelopes meet the specifications for the table top inserters and will work when the machine is operated according to equipment’s operating instructions.
The warranty is void if the buyer does not meet the following requirements:
- The envelopes MUST be stored in an air conditioned room with a temperature between 55 and 85 deg F and a humidity level between 30-50% to prevent any damage.
The envelopes must be used within 12 months of delivery.
Shipping:
Most orders ship within 2 business days for non-printed envelopes.
Small orders of 20 boxes or less usually ship by UPS or Fedex Ground.
Larger orders may ship on a pallet by freight truck common carrier.
For freight shipping, liftgate delivery is usually available at no extra cost. Please specify in the order notes at checkout if you need a liftgate at delivery.
Returns:
We will charge a 25% restocking fee for any returns. Also the customer must pay return shipping costs. The reason for the restocking fee is returned envelopes have to be inspected and repacked into new cases before we can sell them again to meet our quality standards. There is cost and time involved in this.
Envelope Printing:
We don’t charge additional setup fees for your print job.
Our pricing is based on us having some lead time to get your order printed and ready to ship. Email us for the estimated delivery time.
Resellers and Brokers:
We don’t sell through resellers or brokers. We only deal directly with the end user because that is the only way to ensure the customer gets the best envelope for their application. We stand behind our products and the best way to do that is to work directly with our customers running the equipment.
Sales Tax:
We charge sales tax for orders shipping to Texas. We do not currently collect sales tax for orders shipping to other areas. If you are in Texas and are Sales Tax Exempt, please contact us through email and we will set you up with a Sales Tax exempt account. We will require your exemption certificate.
Security and Privacy:
We take the privacy and security of our customer’s information seriously. Our site uses a better than industry standard 2048-bit SSL Certificate. We do not save or store your credit card information without your express permission and we do not share customer information with anyone else.
